The customer's animal feed production company, established in 2015, is engaged in the production and sales of chicken and pig feed. As the local power plant can no longer supply steam, it cannot meet the current product quality requirements of 25t/h chicken & pig feed production plant factory. Therefore, in order to improve product quality, reduce pollutant emissions, and improve clean production efficiency, the customer has implemented the "25t/h chicken and pig feed production line technical transformation project". This 25t/h chicken and pig feed production line technological transformation project has a total construction area of 4300m², and the main construction content is production workshops, warehouses, offices and other facilities. The production process mainly includes primary screening, crushing, batching, mixing, pelleting, cooling, packaging of finished products, etc. This 25tph chicken pig feed making project has advanced feed processing technology, high product quality, low energy consumption, and low pollution. It conforms to the principles of clean production and the concept of circular economy in terms of process technology, equipment selection, management measures, waste recycling, etc., and the level of clean production meets clean production requirements. The project has a total worker of 30 people. The complete 25t/h chicken pig feed mill factory has a canteen. The water consumption standard is 100L/(person•d). The annual working time of the project is 300 days. The domestic water consumption is 3m³/d (900m³/a). In addition, the project is equipped with a 2t/h natural gas boiler with a natural gas consumption of 150,000 m³/a.
