1. Preparation of layout design

2. Maintenance and operation space of each section and each auto chicken poltry livestock feed machine
Most of the complete animal feed processing technology adopts the first crushing and then the batching process, and its sections can be roughly divided into the raw material receiving and cleaning section, the crushing section, the batching mixing section, the pelletizing cooling and screening section, and the finished product packaging section. (1) Raw material receiving and cleaning section
Raw material reception is generally divided into two places: a. silo raw material reception; b. production workshop raw material reception. The raw material receiving port of the silo is located on the side of the main road in the factory, and the large-diameter grain unloading pit is convenient for unloading on both sides of the large truck. The raw material receiving port of the production workshop is set in the raw material warehouse, generally there are two or more. The size of the discharge port is larger than the tray (1600mm×1400 mm). The discharge port should be one row as much as possible. Consider the walking space of a forklift.
(2) Crushing section
This section mainly considers the overhaul and operation space of the hammer mill feed grinder. There should be passages around the wheat corn rice maize hammer mill. The overhaul distance on both sides of the crushing chamber is ≥800mm, which is convenient for replacing the screen. The overhaul distance of the cattle chicken feed hammer mill shaft end is not less than the length of the hammer shaft. .
(3) Batching and mixing section
This section mainly considers the overhaul and operation space of the mixer. Generally, this area is relatively spacious and there will be no problems.
(4) Granulation cooling and screening section

The above five points mainly describe the maintenance and operation space of the main area equipment. In the production workshop of the feed factory, there are many auxiliary equipment, such as conveying equipment, dust removal equipment, etc., which also need to be considered for maintenance and operation space. The following two principles can be followed:
a. Non-operating channel≥0.5m; operating channel 0.8≥m; main channel 1.0≥m.
b. Generally, there are longitudinal or transverse main passages in the workshop, with a width of 1.0~1.2m, and the horizontal passage between each single machine is 0.6~0.8 m. The minimum observation passage or operation and maintenance interval should not be less than 0.6m; 2.2 above the passage There should be no pipes or other animal feed mking machinery within m range; the main channel should be close to the safe entrance; the height of the equipment configuration: the point that needs frequent observation, should be 1.4 ~ 1.6m from the floor of the building. The place that requires more physical strength should be 0.8~1.2m away from the floor of the building.
