Contact UsA strain P2 suitable for fermenting chicken manure can be isolated and screened from the moldy chicken manure of chicken farms. It was initially identified as Aspergillus oryzae, and it was determined that it did not produce aflatoxin B1. The strain used for making koji, containing 5.5-6 billion spores per gram of dried koji, has yellow koji and strong fermentation. Fermented chicken manure with this kind of koji has a pure odor and no peculiar smell. The crude protein content is more than 29%, the reducing sugar is increased by more than 3.5%, and the total free amino acid is increased by 3.5 times. Feeding tests show that pigs are fattened with 30% of this type of fermented chicken manure.
The pigs grow fast and have strong disease resistance. The meat-to-feed ratio is 1: 3.34, and the meat-to-feed ratio is 1: 3.40 with no significant difference. (P> 0.05). Fresh chicken dung 70%, bran 10%, rice bran 15%, wine koji powder 5%, mixed with water, mix well, put into the cellar (pool, tank) for closed fermentation for 48-72 hours, and then feed.
Two points that should be noted: First, pay attention to the moisture content of chicken manure (together with bedding such as straw, wood chips, etc.) is preferably maintained at 32% to 38%. Too high moisture will become too acidic and too low moisture fermentation will not work properly. Therefore, the water content of chicken dung should be measured before it is loaded, and the insufficient water should be added appropriately; if the water is too high, bran can be added to adjust. Second, the fermentation time varies depending on the temperature. In temperate and subtropical regions, it usually takes 3 months in winter and 1 month in summer. The fermentation condition can be judged by measuring its internal temperature: at the beginning of fermentation, the temperature can gradually rise due to bacterial activity to produce heat, and the internal temperature can reach a maximum of about 83 ° C, and it will no longer rise. When the internal temperature is equal to the external temperature, it is proved that the fermentation is stopped, and the cellar can be opened and the chicken manure can be taken out for use.
