Poultry feed production line machine has everything from the crushing of raw materials to the cooling of finished pellets. The first is a crusher, which can crush grain raw materials. The discharge port of the crush hammer mill is connected to the feed port of the mixer. The crushed raw material directly enters the mixer; the mixer also has another feed port. This inlet enters the mixer, and the raw materials that are mixed uniformly in the mixer are conveyed into the silo by the screw feeder; the mixer is batch-by-batch mixing of the materials and is not continuous. If the entire production line is to be continuously produced, one is needed here. Silo, there is a small feeder at the bottom of the silo, which conveys the material to the granulator at a constant speed. The granulator is the most energy-saving when feeding at a constant speed, and the wear of the grinding disc and the pressure roller is slow; the granules produced by the granulator are slow. It is transported into the cooler through a chain conveyor, and the cooled finished pellets can be used directly. This is the entire poultry feed pellet processing process.
