The so-called poultry chicken pellet feed specifically refers to the material that can be fed to animals that is made through multiple processes such as raw material receiving and crushing. In the production process of a poultry chicken feed pellet making plant, the receipt of raw materials is the first process and a key process to ensure the continuity of production and product quality. The main task of raw material receiving is to transport all kinds of raw materials needed in chicken feed production to the chicken poultry feed mill with some kind of transportation equipment, and put them into storage for standby or directly put into chicken feed pellet production line through quality inspection, weighing, inventory and other links.

For poultry chicken broiler animal feed pellet making plants, in addition to meeting actual production needs, the raw material receiving capacity must also use advanced technology and equipment as much as possible. This will not only reduce energy consumption and chicken feed production costs, but also reduce labor intensity. Conducive to the improvement of production efficiency. Because the raw material receiving of feed has the characteristics of large instantaneous receiving capacity, the receiving equipment must have a large receiving capacity, usually about 3 to 5 times the production capacity. At the same time, the form of the raw material itself is more complicated, and the packaging form is also different. Similarly, this increases the difficulty of receiving raw materials to a certain extent. Therefore, it is very important to choose the raw material receiving technology reasonably.

1. The method of receiving raw materials for bulk trucks. Under normal circumstances, most of the raw materials transported into the feed processing plant by bulk trucks or tankers are grain stalks. After the vehicles have passed the ground weight bearing, the raw materials can be unloaded into the receiving pit. Fences need to be set around the vehicle receiving pit, so that in addition to ensuring personal safety, larger impurities can be removed. The gap of the fence grid is about 40mm. At the same time, a suction hood should be arranged at the receiving pit. It can be controlled at 1.2~1.5m/s, which can effectively reduce dust. After the raw materials are discharged into the receiving pit, they will be sent to the vertical silo for storage or directly into the smashing warehouse and the batching warehouse through the horizontal conveyor, bucket elevator, magnetic separator and automatic scale.

2. Pneumatic conveying and receiving. This method can absorb raw materials from transportation equipment such as automobiles, tankers, and ship warehouses, and is particularly suitable for receiving raw materials from ship warehouses. The conventional pneumatic conveying device is mainly composed of the following parts: suction nozzle, material pipe, unloader, air shutter, fan and dust collector. When the device is activated, under the action of the wind of the fan, the suction device can suck the material from the cabin into the unloader, and the separated material will be discharged by the wind shutter to the subsequent conveying device. At present, the commonly used pneumatic conveying devices are fixed and mobile. The former is mostly used in large scale feed pellet manufacturing plant for poultry chicken feed, and the latter is mostly used in small scale poultry chicken pellet feed production plants.

3. The method of receiving raw materials in bags. There are mainly the following two receiving methods for bagged materials, one is manual receiving and the other is mechanical receiving. The so-called manual reception specifically refers to the use of manpower to directly transport the bagged materials from the conveying equipment to the warehouse, stacking, unpacking and feeding.

This receiving method is relatively labor-intensive and has low production efficiency; mechanical reception That is to say, the bagged raw materials are transported to the chicken feed mill plant by car or train, and the raw materials are moved to the conveyor by manual transportation to the warehouse, and stacked by machinery. This receiving method has high production efficiency and low labor intensity, but requires a large amount of one-time input of mechanical equipment, and the cost is high. It is suitable for large size animal feed pellet production machine line for poultry chicken feed.
