Taking this poultry and livestock feed business opportunity, the customer invested 120 million yuan to build a livestock and poultry feed project with an annual output of 400,000 tons. The livestock and poultry feed is mainly feed for chickens, ducks, and pigs. The project is located in the southern triangle plot of Hainan Economic Development Zone. The project covers an area of 40003m2. The construction area is 54934m2. The project is divided into two phases. The first phase of the construction project has an investment of 80 million yuan, the first phase of the project produces 250,000 tons of livestock and poultry feed, and the second phase of the construction project has an investment of 40 million yuan. Laboratory (located in the production workshop): The laboratory of this large feed production project mainly detects the bulk density, impurities, and imperfect grains of the products. The chemical indicators are moisture, ash and protein. The testing process will use sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide and other drugs. The inspection process will produce a small amount of waste liquid and laboratory waste. The waste liquid is waste acid and waste alkali, which can be discharged together with domestic sewage after neutralization. Laboratory waste is hazardous solid waste, which is classified and collected by qualified units for disposal.
3.Process flow and pollution production node during operation periodThe livestock and poultry compound feed is made of corn and sorghum as the main raw materials, plus many raw materials such as soybean meal, wheat bran, calcium carbonate powder, etc., and then combined with vitamins, amino acids and minerals and other trace components to make granules and powders. Feeds that are shaped like feed (the raw material does not use fish meal). This project adopts the process of crushing first and then ingredients. The crushing (corn, sorghum, soybean meal, rapeseed meal, etc.) will be crushed by a crusher, then enter the batching warehouse, and other raw and auxiliary materials that do not need to be crushed (calcium carbonate powder, calcium powder, etc.) Additives, and secondary powders, etc.) are transferred to the mixer for batch mixing or continuous mixing, and granulation to produce livestock and poultry batch products. The main process is briefly described as follows:
(1) Raw material receiving, cleaning and crushing section
The main raw materials required for production are transported into the factory by automobiles, weighed and inspected by truck scales, cleaned by receiving equipment, magnetically separated, and transported into bulk storage for storage.
The auxiliary raw materials required for production are directly sent to the auxiliary material warehouse for storage after being weighed and inspected by a truck scale.
The raw materials that need to be crushed enter the production workshop through the conveying equipment, and then enter the smashing warehouse after the impurities are removed by the primary cleaning screen and the iron impurities are removed by the magnetic separator. After the raw materials in the crushing bin are crushed to the qualified particle size requirements by the crusher, they are distributed to the batching bin for storage by conveying equipment.
The raw materials that do not need to be crushed enter the production workshop through the conveying equipment, and after the impurities are removed by the primary cleaning screen and the iron impurities are removed by the magnetic separator, they are sent to different batching bins by the distributor for storage.
(2) Ingredients, mixing section
According to the requirements of the poultry and livestock feed making formula, various raw materials participating in the ingredients enter the mixer in turn through the computer-controlled ingredient scale. In the batching process, two batching scales, one large and one small, are used to ensure the accuracy of the batching and shorten the batching time. Some raw materials such as additives and vitamins with a small amount are manually weighed and then manually put into the mixer. In the later stage, in order to reduce the labor intensity of workers, improve the accuracy of weighing, and ensure the stability of product quality, the small material system partly replaced manual weighing.
Various raw materials are mixed in the mixer, and the mixing cycle is 2 minutes; the mixed finished powder can be granulated according to needs, or it can be directly packed into the finished product warehouse or loaded into the bulk finished product warehouse with a bulk truck Factory.
(3) Granulation section
The raw materials that need to be granulated are tempered by a conditioner, so that the temperature of the material reaches 80-85℃, and the moisture reaches about 15%, and then the granulator is used to make granules of different particle sizes. After cooling and crushing, the unqualified materials are re-granulated after being screened by a grading sieve. The qualified pellet products are packed into the finished product warehouse or packed into the bulk finished product warehouse and loaded with a bulk truck for delivery.
According to the technological process of the project, the main pollution sources in the production process of the large animal feed project are: raw material cleaning, crushing, batching mixing, cooling, crushing, graded packaging, etc. The feeding port, batching bin, material conveyor, etc. will generate dust and workshop Peculiar smell; no production waste water; solid waste generated during cleaning and magnetic separation, dust collected by dust collector, solid waste of packaging, etc.

7.Project water supply and drainage and power supply
① Power supply: The power supply of the project is supplied by the municipal power grid.
②Water supply: the project water is supplied by the municipal water supply pipe network.
③Drainage: The sewage discharged from the project is domestic sewage, which is pretreated by grease trap and septic tank. The project cannot be operated until the sewage pipe network in the area is completed and completed; the project can only be operated after the sewage pipe network in the project area is completed and completed.
