1. Raw material consumption and energy consumption
The large capacity 30,000 tons chicken feed factory project mainly produces feed for pigs and cows. The main raw materials are corn, soybean meal, bran and fish meal, salt, soda, soybean skip, cotton meal, etc.
In addition, the boiler burns local coal with ash content of 28%, sulfur content of 0.75%, low calorific value of 5000kCal/kg, and annual coal consumption of about 540 t/a.
Main material transportation methods: The raw material transportation volume of this chicken feed production factory is 30,000 tons/year, and the finished product transportation volume is about 30,000 tons/year, all of which are transported by automobiles. 2. Public works
(1) Water supply:
The water consumption of this 30000 tons per year chicken feed production factory project is relatively small. The production water is boiler supplement water, and the water consumption is about 2 tons per day; because the workers are basically farm workers and all farms live, the domestic water is mainly for drinking and washing water for workers. Small, the domestic water consumption of the whole chicken poultry feed plant is about 2 tons/day. The original machinery factory has a 100-meter-deep water well to mine shallow groundwater with a water output of about 20m3/h, which can meet the water requirements of this 30,000 tons per year automatic animal feed processing line plant for chicken feed.
(2) Power supply:
This feed factory requires about 500 kWh of electricity per hour, which is provided by a local substation, and an 800KVA substation is built in the factory area.
(3) Steam supply:
The feed plant uses about 0.3t/h of steam for production, and it is planned to build a new coal-fired steam boiler of the model DZL1-1.25-AⅡ.
3. The project area and general layout for 30,000 tons per year chicken feed making business
The land used for the construction project was originally a machine repair factory, which has been out of production for many years, and currently only has the main plant and office, and no production equipment. The project covers an area of about 20000m2.
In order to make use of the original chicken feed manufacturing factory buildings and make the transportation in the factory area convenient, so that the chicken feed production process flow is smooth, short and reasonable, we use the original main chicken feed factory building as the raw material and finished product warehouse, and build the main production workshop on the east side of the original main factory building and the south side of the original main factory Boiler Room. The living area still uses the original office on the north side of the chicken feed making factory. The production and living divisions of the factory are clearly defined, and the greening and beautification of the chicken feed factory environment has been strengthened. The greening is mainly based on the greening of the two sides of the road in the chicken feed mill factory. The greening of the open space around the workshop is supplemented by the green area of 5000 square meters and the greening rate of 25%.
