The content of the project is to relocate and expand the construction of new factories and supporting facilities, and upgrade the original feed production equipment.

Due to the previous epidemic situation and continuous rainfall, the progress of the large capacity poultry feed factory project construction was affected to varying degrees. In order to ensure that the project is completed on schedule, construction will be carried out indoors when it rains, and outdoor operations will be carried out when the weather is clear. The main structure of the project has been completed, and 65% of the equipment installation in the production workshop and storage area has been completed. It is expected to be completed by the end of 2020, and the annual sales revenue can be 560 million yuan after it reaches full production.

It is worth mentioning that, according to the previous plan, the customer's 180000 tons per year poultry feed production factory was planned in another area, but the original plant was no longer sufficient to achieve the expansion requirements, so the customer targeted the new plant in the economic development zone. The geographical position is superior, the transportation is developed, and there are many logistics enterprises, so it is especially suitable for building factories here. In order to ensure product quality, the feed machinery and installation workers required by the project are provided by RICHI, a complete feed processing equipment supplier.

The customer's existing feed mill for animal can only achieve an annual output of about 150,000 tons. After the completion of the new project, the feed company will introduce new production and processing equipment and purchase RICHI pelletizers and high-end feed production equipment for automation , Mechanization, visualization, intelligence, and bulk upgrade, the performance will be increased by 30% than before.

At present, the main structure of the plant on the project site has begun to take shape, and the surrounding supporting facilities are slowly being constructed. After the completion of the project, it can produce 180,000 tons of poultry feed. The second phase of expansion plan is reserved, and the total annual output can reach 360,000 tons. Not only that, but also supporting the breeding industry chain around the area and the 1 million young layer industry chain. At present, two 1200 breeding farms and 20 substitute breeding farms have been built.
